The best thing to look out for is things on the laptop. I recommend Windows Vista because of it’s programs and ease. Also I recommend a computer that has a large widescreen High Resolution screen. A good graphics card goes without saying.

Well, being a Mac (Apple Mac) enthusiast I will say check out the new MacBookPro or MacBook laptops. They’re so easy to use, I know us Mac users are a different bunch, but honestly, for a guy who doesn’t know anything technical, my Mac looks after me so well, it’s incredible. I think you’d do well going with a Mac for your photography.
